For example: in order to use English at work, people usually need at least A2, but it is better to have B1 and higher. So, if you are an absolute beginner, then you can get to this level in 1 year, with the provision to have regular lessons! If you are promised that it can be done faster, there is a high probability that you are being slightly deceived.

Of course, the certificate will be issued after completing the course, because the work that you will do absolutely deserves documentary confirmation! And this document will always warm your soul, because you will remember what is behind it! And although it has no legal force, after receiving it, you will be able to take an exam in official educational institutions and get another document confirming the presence of certain knowledge in the English language!
